  • Investment method: shaxsiy kabinet orqali taklifni aksept qilib, mablag‘ni nominal va/yoki eskrou hisobvaraqqa kiritish.
  • Investor rights: ulush miqdoriga mos ravishda daromaddan ulush olish va ulushni platformada o‘tkazish.

Term and limits

Nominal bank account

An operator account opened at a bank for the separate accounting of investors' funds.

Escrow account

An account where funds are held until the condition for transfer or refund arises.

  • Settlement terms: chegara yopilgach yoki taklif to‘xtatilgach mablag‘ 3 ish kunidan kechiktirmay o‘tkaziladi.
  • Refund terms: minimal miqdorga erishilmasa yoki qaytarish uchun boshqa asos yuzaga kelsa, mablag‘ investorga 3 ish kunida qaytariladi.

•Jalb qilingan mablag‘larning joriy miqdori, minimal va maksimalgacha qoldiq ko‘rsatiladi.

•Taklifning amal qilishi to‘xtatiladigan sana va vaqt aks ettiriladi.

•Majburiyatlarning bajarilishi va loyihaning amalga oshirilishi to‘g‘risida axborot yangilanib boriladi.
